Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear and transparent guidance for cancellations, changes and refunds.
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 21, 2026
At Primora Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund terms are designed to be transparent while taking into account the commitments we make to hotels, transportation providers, guides, cruise operators, attractions, and other travel partners.
01. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after Primora Tours has confirmed the requested services and communicated the applicable booking and payment requirements to the customer.
Depending on the itinerary, a deposit or partial payment may be required to secure the booking.
The required amount and payment instructions will be communicated to the customer before payment is requested.
02. Partial Payments and Deposits
Primora Tours may require only a partial payment or deposit to confirm certain bookings.
The amount of the deposit may vary depending on:
- The itinerary
- Travel dates
- Hotel or cruise requirements
- Availability
- Supplier cancellation conditions
- The services included in the booking
Any non-refundable amount or special cancellation condition applicable to a booking will be communicated to the customer before confirmation whenever reasonably possible.
03. Customer Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Primora Tours as soon as possible by email .
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The date the cancellation is received
- The services booked
- The cancellation terms imposed by the relevant suppliers
- Any non-refundable deposits or payments already made
- Any services that have already been provided
A cancellation does not automatically guarantee a full refund.
04. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services or portions of a booking may be non-refundable.
These may include, depending on the booking:
- Non-refundable hotel rates
- Cruise bookings
- Domestic flights
- International flights
- Special events or tickets
- Private transportation already reserved
- Special permits
- Attraction tickets
- Services purchased under special promotional conditions
- Deposits or payments already committed to suppliers
Where a service is non-refundable, this will be communicated as part of the applicable booking terms whenever reasonably possible.
05. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, Primora Tours will communicate the refundable amount and the expected processing procedure.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, where reasonably possible and where supported by the payment provider.
Third-party payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion differences, or other charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
06. Changes to a Booking
Requests to change travel dates, hotels, transportation, tours, or other services may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Any additional costs will be communicated before the change is confirmed.
A change requested by the customer may also be subject to the cancellation terms of the original booking.
07. No-Show
If a customer does not appear for a scheduled service, transfer, tour, or other confirmed activity without providing timely notice, the service may be treated as a No-Show.
No-show services may be non-refundable, depending on the applicable supplier terms.
08. Late Arrival
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight and arrival information and for informing Primora Tours as soon as possible about delays or changes.
Where a service cannot be provided because of a customer’s late arrival, failure to communicate, or incorrect information, the service may be treated as used or cancelled, depending on the circumstances and supplier terms.
09. Cancellation or Changes by Primora Tours
In exceptional circumstances, Primora Tours may need to modify, replace, or cancel part of an itinerary because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control or because a supplier becomes unable to provide the booked service.
Where possible, Primora Tours will offer a suitable alternative.
If an alternative is not possible, any refund will be determined based on the amount actually recoverable from the relevant suppliers and the circumstances of the cancellation.
10. Force Majeure
Primora Tours shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government actions or restrictions
- Political unrest
- War or security situations
- Strikes
- Flight disruptions
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
- Closure of attractions or tourist sites
- Other extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control
In such circumstances, Primora Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and seek available alternatives or recoverable refunds.
11. Refund Requests
All cancellation and refund requests should be submitted through:
Email: info@primoratours.com
WhatsApp: +01 277866850
Please include your name, booking details, travel dates, and the reason for your request.
12. Important Notice
Because travel arrangements often involve multiple independent suppliers, refund amounts and cancellation conditions may vary between services within the same itinerary.
Primora Tours will always aim to communicate applicable conditions clearly and assist customers in obtaining any refund that is available.
